We are so thrilled that our Year 4 children have had an opportunity to display their poetry at Paignton Library for the Author Collective Children's Day
To celebrate World Book Day we are encouraged children to take part by dressing up as a word. This word could be taken from a book they have read, inspired by something a character has said, or simply a word they loved. We asked like children to think creatively about how they can represent their chosen word and what it means to them.

At St Michael's we understand that our children are the decision makers of the future. As such we want them to be sensitive to what needs to change in our world. This week across the school, we have been developing our skills in Courageous Advocacy: bravely speaking up for vulnerable people and animals.
We are excited to share that our children have started their Friday afternoon enrichment groups. Each child has chosen an activity based on their own interests, giving them the chance to explore new skills and passions in a fun and engaging way.
