Year 4 Poetry on Display at Paignton Library

We are so thrilled that our Year 4 children have had an opportunity to display their poetry at Paignton Library for the Author Collective Children's Day
The children reflected on the strength and determination of Maya Angelou and the enduring legacy of her work.
They explored themes of bullying and Courageous Advocacy; drawing upon the iconic 'Still I Rise' as stimulus for their own inspirational poem.
